Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging onboarding and training sessions for customers on core capabilities and best practices
Create and maintain enablement content, including tutorials and training materials
Facilitate customer workshops and demos to drive product adoption and success outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in customer training, customer success, or sales enablement, preferably in a SaaS or EdTech environment
Proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Salesforce, and LMS platforms
Ability to simplify complex workflows for diverse customer personas
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
