Schedule : 1-3 days a week, roughly 730 am - 530 pm (Monday and Friday definitely)
Location : Our Columbia Office (with occasional trips to our Chesterfield, MO office)
Salary Range : $50-60 an hour

As our team grows, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fertility RN to join our patient-centered, supportive, and mission-driven clinic. The RN will work closely with our physician, embryologists, and administrative staff to coordinate and manage all aspects of patient care throughout the fertility process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care throughout fertility treatment cycles (IUI, IVF, monitoring, ovulation induction, etc.)
- Support the Needle-Free IVF program by helping with device education, placement, and follow-up.
- Assist our physician with inpatient appointments, IUIs, ultrasounds, and procedures in the Columbia office
- Perform patient education on medications, treatment protocols, injection administration, and cycle expectations
- Administer and review fertility-related medications, injections, and laboratory results
- Triage patient questions and concerns via phone, portal, and in-person visits
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate any concerns to the care team
- Assist with procedures including ultrasound, blood draws, Saline Infusion Sonograms (SIS), and Intrauterine inseminations (IUIs).
- Document accurately and efficiently in the EMR system (i.e., nABLE)
- Provide emotional support and education throughout all stages of the fertility journey
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies
Qualifications
Required :Bachelors degree and current RN license in the state of Missouri (or compact license)Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experienceStrong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skillsPassion for working in women’s health, fertility, and reproductive medicineProficiency in EMR systems and comfort with fertility-related protocols and proceduresCompassionate, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic clinic settingAbility to work efficiently and follow precise instructionsPreferred :
Prior experience in a fertility clinic or OB / GYN settingFamiliarity with ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) protocolsPhlebotomy and ultrasound support experience a plus
