Job Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) night shift contract requiring a current OH or compact RN license and willingness to float to related pediatric units.

Responsibilities Work in a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) within a hospital setting

Night shift schedule consists of either 3x12 hour or 4x12 hour shifts, 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM

Care for critically ill pediatric cardiovascular patients

Float to NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and medical-surgical (MS) units as needed

Eight-week holiday contract with no time off allowed

No local candidates accepted within a 60-mile radius

Provide specialized care for pediatric cardiovascular ICU patients and support floating assignments in related units

Strong emphasis on readiness to float based on facility needs

Holiday contract requires start by December 1 with no requested time off allowed

Strict adherence to punctuality policy is required, with travelers considered late after 3 minutes

Requirements Active OH or compact RN license in hand required at time of consideration

Preferred close to 2 years of RN experience

Two supervisory references required, with at least one from a supervisor or manager

Recent permanent employees must not have worked at the facility within the past two years
