What Your Day Looks Like

  • Dispatch from home with a company truck / gas card and head to customer sites to service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Apply strong knowledge of the refrigeration cycle and gas heating to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Read and interpret schematics to drive effective troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to keep systems reliable and efficient.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment—including your service van.
  • Adhere to safety practices and proper PPE at all times.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service needs.
  • Represent Remco with a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by your Supervisor.

Training, Tools, and Tech

  • Factory-authorized training, an in-house training school, and on-the-job learning.
  • Large / major tools and equipment provided by the company.
  • Company cell phone and tablet to keep you connected and effective.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC Systems in commercial environments.

    • What You Bring

  • Commercial HVAC experience : 5+ years (Preferred).
  • EPA Certification (Required).
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required).
  • Proficiency in HVAC / R Systems, HVAC Maintenance, HVAC Troubleshooting, and HVAC Repair.
