Honda of Stevens Creek is currently hiring a full-time Shuttle Driver for our Service Department.

$20.00 / hour

Job Description

The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for assisting with vehicle movement, giving shuttle rides, performing valet pickups and drop-offs, and maintaining the dealership's appearance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and drop off customers to and from the dealership, ensuring punctual and courteous service.
• Maintain a positive, customer-friendly attitude to enhance the service experience.
• Assist in organizing the dealership lot, including parking vehicles in designated spaces.
• Keep the lot and shuttle vehicles clean and well-maintained for a professional appearance.
• Work closely with the service teams to support overall dealership operations.
• Keep trip records, including passenger names, and pick-up / drop-off points.
• Notify dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physically able to drive and move vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain the dealership's professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements : Drug testing, background check, MVR.

Compensation (Hourly) :

$20.00 / hour

Schedule :

FULL TIME

5 days a week / 2 days off

Sundays off

Saturday availability required
