Overview :

Buff City Soap is looking for a reliable and energetic Production Coordinator to join our warehouse team in Irving, TX. This individual will play a key role in the daily operations of our warehouse, supporting product production, soap pouring, order preparation, and logistics. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with production, packaging, and quality control of products in accordance with company standards.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Ensure quality control and consistency in all finished products.
  • Follow detailed soap recipes and conduct all soap-making procedures.
  • Produce various soaps including local line creations.
  • Ensure consistency, texture, and presentation of all poured soaps.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production workspace and warehouse area.
  • Pour soap in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner following safety protocols.
  • Prepare and stage orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Assist with deliveries as needed (must have a clean driving record).
  • Lift and move heavy materials and equipment (up to 100lbs).
  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

    • Qualifications :

  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures for soap pouring.
  • Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to manage precise pouring tasks.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs regularly.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends if needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Previous warehouse, production, or fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • No Criminal Record

    • Additional Information :

  • This is a part-time , seasonal position (2030 hours / week).
  • Open to either a set schedule or flexible availability.
  • Work is performed on-site at our Irving, TX warehouse.
  • Opportunity to grow within the company and transition into a permanent role.
  • Must be comfortable working around various fragrances and essential oils.
