NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a motivated, technically strong and creative individual with excellent design and graphic skills to or zoning and feasibility team.

Necessary Experience and Qualifications :

  • Degree in Architecture, Planning or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, REVIT and Rhino
  • Must have a constant and consistent desire to learn
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • The ability work on multiple projects and deal with tight deadlines

Desirable Experience and Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of New York City’s Zoning Resolution and Building Code
  • Experience conducting feasibility studies, zoning analysis and compliance checks
  • Preliminary design (massing, blocking, conceptual design.)
