Our company specializes in tax services, business consulting, accounting, assurance, and analytics - within diverse industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and real estate. We are growing and looking to add a Senior Auditor to the mixture.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our auditing processes while ensuring compliance with established standards. This position will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit services to our clients, identifying risks, and providing valuable insights to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while providing actionable recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and deliver tailored audit solutions that meet their needs.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to auditing and compliance.
Assist in the development of audit plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or similar is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on internal and external audit processes.

Strong understanding of auditing standards and regulatory compliance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
