Our company specializes in tax services, business consulting, accounting, assurance, and analytics - within diverse industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and real estate. We are growing and looking to add a Senior Auditor to the mixture.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our auditing processes while ensuring compliance with established standards. This position will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit services to our clients, identifying risks, and providing valuable insights to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while providing actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and deliver tailored audit solutions that meet their needs.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to auditing and compliance.
  • Assist in the development of audit plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or similar is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on internal and external audit processes.
  • Strong understanding of auditing standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
