We’re on a mission to expand meaningful access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services by building strong relationships with families, clinicians, and referring providers who trust us to support the kids they care about most.
How You’ll Lead
The Regional Director of Clinic Success will oversee the performance and growth of a portfolio of Bloomwell clinics. This leader ensures that each clinic delivers exceptional clinical outcomes, meets financial targets, and operates with efficiency and compliance. Acting as the key link between the home office and clinic teams, the Regional Director drives strategy execution and continuous improvement across their region.
The ideal candidate has experience operating multiple locations in the healthcare space with a deep appreciation for the work we do and the families we serve.
This role requires living in one of our 3 regions (Minneapolis / St. Paul; Omaha; Raleigh / Durham). This role will require travel of roughly 30%.
