Licensed Practical Nurse Home Health (Hiring Immediately)

MSA Home Health, a division of Medical Services of America Inc., currently seeks experienced Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Home Health patients in the any of the following counties; Seminole, Orange, Osceola and Brevard Counties, FL.

As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for performing selected nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse.

Job Description :

• Provides skilled nursing care to clients as directed by the registered nurse and physicians plan of care in accordance with agency policies.
• Adherence to policies and procedure.
• Helps to achieve and maintain continuity of client care by assisting in planning and exchanging information with other health professionals.
• Prepares clinical progress notes and follows client care plans as developed by the registered nurse and according to agency policy.
• On-call rotation.
