Home Health RN – Chapel Hill, NC

Weekly Gross : $2,200

Breakdown : -

W2 : $19 / HR

Perdiem : $1440 / Weekly

Backfill Position – Start ASAP

Responsibilities :

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and agency protocols.

Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.

Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home care safety.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.

Requirements :

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or compact license).

Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required.

Proficient in OASIS documentation (preferred).

BLS certification (current).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
