Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Agile Leadership :
- Lead agile transformation initiatives across multiple business units and technology portfolios
- Design and implement scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus) for large-scale program delivery
- Establish agile governance models, metrics, and continuous improvement processes at the enterprise level
- Coach executive leadership on agile mindset, practices, and organizational design principles
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives that embed agile values and principles throughout the organization
Advanced Scrum Mastery :
Facilitate multiple high-stakes Scrum teams working on complex, interdependent technology projectsMaster advanced facilitation techniques for large group dynamics, conflict resolution, and consensus buildingImplement sophisticated impediment resolution strategies across organizational boundariesDesign and execute complex retrospective formats that drive meaningful organizational changeCoach Product Owners on advanced product management techniques and stakeholder alignmentTeam Performance Optimization :
