Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in managing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management : Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Operations : Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation.
  • Financial Management : Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, food costs, and revenue.
  • Guest Service : Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Compliance : Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an upscale dining restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management.
  • Proven track record of financial management and budgeting.
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
