Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and user needs

Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution

Monitor project status, manage risks, and coordinate projects from concept through implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree

3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis

Proficient experience on the Salesforce Platform is preferred

Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies

Service and / or Claims Operations Experience is preferred
