Blue Chip Talent , in partnership with a manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor . This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and leading teams in a high-volume, unionized environment.

Job Duties

• Coordinate all production activities to meet performance metrics and operational targets
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies and quality standards
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety tools and protocols
• Lead teams through structured activities to improve performance and productivity
• Analyze quality KPIs and prioritize corrective actions
• Build and develop high-performing teams with effective training and manpower planning
• Sustain operational improvements and efficiency within assigned production zones
• Maintain team morale while meeting throughput and cost objectives
