We are seeking candidates interested in early-alignment to our Value & Access team. Our Value & Access CoE helps our clients assess, demonstrate and communicate product value using insights from payers, physicians and even patients.
Select engagements within the Global Value & Access include projects to optimize a treatment's potential, such as :
- Evidence development and planning
- Market access strategy
- Value proposition development
- Creation of innovative pricing models and reimbursement strategy
- Tactical contracting and segmentation strategies
- Emerging market expansion opportunity

Responsibilities & Requirements
As a Consultant with IQVIA's CSIH, you'll be actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects by :
Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questionsConducting primary and secondary research, and analyze research to identify key findings and learningsCreating sections of reports, presentations, workshops and other client deliverables, under general guidance from experienced team leadersCommunicating findings and recommendationsAssisting with business development and proposalsWorking independently or as part of a team, with some responsibility for managing and developing the career and skills of staffPerforming quantitative or qualitative analysis to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client deliverables.Developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.Serving as the day-to-day manager for projects and working closely with clientsLeading some learning, development and recruiting programsAbout You
Candidates interested in joining the IQVIA's CSIH as a Consultant should have :
Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skillsWell-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, meeting and workshop facilitation, business and report writingMultitasking capabilities and ability to effectively prioritize tasks so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomesExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goalsKnowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries is desirable but not requiredKnowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques desirable, not criticalAdditional Qualifications
In addition to the skills and experience above, candidates interested in joining the IQVIA's CSIH as a Consultant should have :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent requiredGraduate degree or continued education preferred, but not required3-5 years of professional experience within consulting or the life sciences industry, in lieu of advanced degree.Demonstrable project management experienceFluency in English (spoken and written)A willingness and ability to travel.Right to live and work in the recruiting country.Onsite Work Requirement : Please note that this is a hybrid position - Candidates joining us as Consultants will be expected to work in our Boston, New York, or San Francisco offices 2-3 days per week.
