Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff. Maintain and organize patient records and charts. Schedule appointments, tests, and procedures as directed. Order and maintain unit supplies and equipment. Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer processes. Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members. Certified Nursing Assistant Duties : Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting. Assist with mobility, positioning, and ambulation. Take and record vital signs, weight, and intake / output. Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff. Support patients with emotional and physical comfort. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Qualifications : Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have : A current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire is required. Current BLS upon hire and maintain current. Possesses knowledge of medical terminology.
