This is a part-time cooking job for on-site and off-site events with 10-500 guests.
Qualifications :
- Catering specific experience preferred.
- Creative, organized, and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and catering-specific methods.
- Excellent knife skills.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to follow and scale recipes.
- Front of House experience preferred.
Job Details :
Prepping food from scratch for events ranging from 10-500 people.Collaborating with the other cooks to complete prep lists daily.Follow daily and weekly cleaning lists.Load and unload the van with hot food and equipment.Travel to offsite events - set up buffet, serve customers, break down.Schedule will vary.Must be available weekends.Please respond with a resume.
