This is a part-time cooking job for on-site and off-site events with 10-500 guests.

Qualifications :

  • Catering specific experience preferred.
  • Creative, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and catering-specific methods.
  • Excellent knife skills.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
  • Ability to follow and scale recipes.
  • Front of House experience preferred.

Job Details :

  • Prepping food from scratch for events ranging from 10-500 people.
  • Collaborating with the other cooks to complete prep lists daily.
  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning lists.
  • Load and unload the van with hot food and equipment.
  • Travel to offsite events - set up buffet, serve customers, break down.
  • Schedule will vary.
  • Must be available weekends.
