Position Overview
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide essential respiratory services including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with cardiopulmonary conditions. You will work overnight to support critical care, emergency, and general inpatient respiratory needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen delivery, aerosolized medication, and airway management
- Manage mechanical ventilation and monitor patient response
- Perform diagnostic procedures and monitor cardiopulmonary function
- Respond to respiratory emergencies including code situations
- Document all treatments and patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans

Required Credentials
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the NBRCCompletion of an accredited respiratory therapy program (Associate's or Bachelor's)Valid Kansas Respiratory Care Practitioner license or eligibility to obtainCurrent BLS certificationACLS , PALS , and / or NRP preferred or required within a specified timeframeExperience
1+ year clinical respiratory therapy experience preferredNew graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
