About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR and recruiting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating logistics, and is passionate about delivering excellent service to both candidates and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Post job openings and manage requisitions within Oracle
- Support HR and recruiting teams with administrative tasks and process tracking
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in Oracle and other HR systems
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders and external candidates
