Role overview

  • Remote sales position focused on advising clients on life insurance and retirement solutions via phone, video, or in-person meetings when appropriate.
  • Flexible scheduling to support part-time or full-time engagement; portable business model to accommodate relocations.
  • No cold calling—we use digital leads that have reached out to use about a product that we offer.
  • Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and mentorship to support early and sustained success.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a client base by providing protection and retirement solutions.
  • Assess client needs and present appropriate life insurance and retirement solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through education, follow-up, and high-quality service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the agency CRM and ensure compliance with regulatory and carrier requirements.
  • Manage personal schedule and performance goals while participating in required training and team meetings.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership on outreach and community engagement initiatives as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Current life and health insurance license issued by the applicant’s home state, or willingness and ability to obtain the required licensing (guidance provided).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and professionalism in client interactions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a remote schedule and business activities independently.
  • Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and standard office software; training provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Compensation and benefits

  • Performance-based, uncapped earning potential. Typical part-time new agents earn approximately $3,000–$5,000 per month; experienced full-time agents commonly earn $10,000–$16,000 per month.
  • Raise eligibility beginning in the first month with incremental increases tied to benchmarks (example : 5% increases with performance milestones).
