About The Position

Indiana Lakeside - Occupational Medicine Physician

Multi-state healthcare system is seeking an Occupational Medicine physician to join an established, busy practice in northern Indiana right on the lake! Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with NO call and expect to see 25-30 ppd in an outpatient only setting. The incoming physician will join an experienced team of physicians and Nurse Practitioners, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, have procedural experience, and be comfortable diagnosing / treating exposures, lacerations, musculoskeletal injuries, pre-employment, DOT and Non-DOT physicals. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Occupational Medicine MD / DO with an active Indiana license. New graduates and primary care residency trained physicians with 2+ years OccMed experience are encouraged to apply.

• Monday-Friday schedule + NO call
• DOT &  MRO certification required
• Salary + Bonus + Signing Bonus + Relocation
• Volume : 25-30 ppd
