job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform and evaluate restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage repair, equipment setup, and demolition. Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies. Communicate safety hazards, job site findings, and equipment requirements with supervisors. Develop restoration skills to enhance the SERVPRO brand and grow within the company. Prepare rooms / areas for work, set up staging and equipment. Coordinate with management and technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Perform production tasks as directed. Clean up and breakdown at job completion, leaving the site tidy. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces. Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of objects. Work with cleaning agents.
