Job Description

• Manage the financial performance and operational strategies of a diverse residential real estate portfolio.
• Develop and implement asset management plans to maximize property value and ROI.
• Collaborate with third party property management teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, including financial analysis and market benchmarking.
• Prepare and present detailed asset reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Assist in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing activities as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, tenants, and other key partners.
• Monitor and manage capital improvement projects within the assigned portfolio.
