Associate, Brand Governance & Adherence

As the Associate, Brand Governance & Adherence, you'll support the implementation and enforcement of Humana's brand standards across all marketing and communication touchpoints. You'll help ensure that every message, asset, and experience reflects our brand purpose and complies with internal and external guidelines.
Key Role Functions
Review marketing and communication materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice
Support the development and maintenance of brand governance tools, templates, and training resources
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to provide brand guidance and feedback
Assist in monitoring brand usage across channels and identifying areas for improvement
Help manage brand audits and reporting to ensure adherence and consistency

Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in brand governance, naming strategy, trade market adherence, and content review
Strong understanding of brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity systems
Experience reviewing marketing and communication materials for brand consistency
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries
Proven ability to operate brand management platforms or digital asset management systems
Experience supporting brand audits and reporting on adherence metrics

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,400 - $107,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
