Position Overview : Counsel- eDiscovery at PNC. As an eDiscovery Counsel within PNC's Legal organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities

• In coordination with Managing Chief Counsel and / or Managing Senior Counsel, support eDiscovery component of ongoing litigation and investigation matters, including legal holds, data collection, and document review and production
• Coordinate with PNC lines of business, eDiscovery vendors, and outside counsel based on matter eDiscovery requirements
• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, preserve, collect, search, and review data in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices
• Draft and revise legal hold notices, ESI protocols, protective orders, and review protocols
• Assist eDiscovery Analyst with collection of data from PNC data sources
• Advise internal and outside counsel on search, analytics, and review strategies
• Assist with PNC information governance, data remediation, and technology implementation efforts
• Understand and remain current with applicable laws and regulations, regulatory drivers, eDiscovery strategies, and cutting-edge technologies
