Job Details :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer / Quality Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled team to first obtain ISO 9001 certification and where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and improving our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of in process inspection and documentation.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistent quality of our products.
• Conduct in process inspections to identify any defects or malfunctions in our products.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to quality control procedures and product specifications.
• Analyze data from in process inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on potential quality issues and solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of our manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
