$45.00 / hr - $55.00 / hr

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Configuration Management Analyst to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape and mature the governance and risk framework for configuration management across the enterprise. Youll work closely with Cybersecurity, Risk, and Audit teams to ensure compliance with critical regulatory standards, while driving improvements that impact the entire organization. This position provides high visibility, leadership engagement, and the chance to directly influence IT governance outcomes. Its an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about compliance, process excellence, and collaboration in a highly motivated team environment.

Responsibilities :

Lead and mature the Configuration Management Governance framework across infrastructure and application platforms.

Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk, and Audit teams to ensure compliance with FFIEC, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOX, and Basel standards.

Oversee baseline governance including reviews, updates, exceptions, and exclusions.

Develop policies and deliver executive-level reporting, metrics, and dashboards to measure governance effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Strong governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) background with experience in policy mapping and audit coordination.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FFIEC, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOX, and Basel.

Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow CMDB, SailPoint, or Qualys.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders.

Experience developing and enforcing policies, procedures, and lifecycle governance for IT configuration.

Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills with the ability to create metrics and dashboards for leadership.
