As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in our continued success, working a full-time schedule of 5 days a week, 8-10 hours daily. We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000-$160,000 yearly (depending on experience) , along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan, and generous paid time off (PTO).

Qualifications :

• 10-15 years of experience in commercial construction of all types
• Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek, and Estimate (B2W)
• 5 years of estimating experience
• Extensive knowledge of industry practices and products
• Client relationship management experience
