About the Opportunity

We are actively seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee the development of a large-scale data center project (50MW+) for one of the worlds leading AI infrastructure companies. This is a direct hire opportunity to join a pioneering team at the forefront of building mission-critical infrastructure to support the future of artificial intelligence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction for a 50MW+ data center project.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and drive timely execution.
• Ensure site safety compliance and adherence to environmental standards.
• Report progress, risks, and changes to senior leadership.
• Lead site meetings and manage multiple shifts and crews.
