Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Join BILL as an Accounting Channel Sales Manager and power the growth of our partnership program for SMB and mid-market businesses. In this high-impact role, you will help design and execute new go-to-market strategies with leading accounting firms and technology partners, manage and deepen relationships, and scale revenue-driving initiatives. You'll collaborate with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to drive mutual go-to-market success, and ensure our accounting partners have the resources and support they need to deliver the BILL. Candidates who thrive here balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, can pivot quickly between building vision, launching programs, and driving measurable results, and are passionate about the future of SaaS and B2B payments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and rollout of partnership strategies for the accounting channel, identifying, evaluating, and scaling new and existing partnerships.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partner organizations and cross-functional teams to align on shared goals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, understanding their needs and managing customer journeys to ensure value and growth for both parties.
  • Execute go-to-market and enablement plans, collaborating across internal teams to drive new business and optimize the partner experience as products and solutions evolve.
  • Support the execution of the partner sales plan, meeting quantitative and qualitative channel targets.

We'd love to chat if you have :

  • 24 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or channel sales, preferably in SaaS and / or B2B payments.
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding partnership or channel sales performance metrics and experience supporting a variety of partnership models.
  • Strong relationship management abilities, customer focus (especially understanding SMB and mid-market customers), and the ability to balance strategic support with detailed execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with comfort adapting messaging for technical and executive audiencesboth internal and external.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
