The Opportunity

Join a lean, elite engineering team (~12 engineers) where you'll own backend systems that power the entire product. You'll work across APIs, infrastructure, data pipelines, and databases—building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems from the ground up.

This isn't a maintenance gig. It's a chance to shape architecture, influence product direction, and solve complex problems with autonomy and impact.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale backend systems for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Design APIs, data models, and infrastructure that handle massive data volumes
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security across the stack
• Author technical proposals and drive engineering initiatives
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure uptime
• Collaborate with a world-class team in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
