The company has an immediate need for a Benefits Manager at their headquarters location. Job Purpose The Benefits Manager is responsible for the design, governance and administration of employee benefits across all locations where the company operates. The role ensures a competitive, compliant and cost-effective offering that supports employee well-being, retention and engagement. Key Job Elements Duties and responsibilities Develop and execute the benefits strategy in alignment with corporate goals and tailored to regional and cultural needs. Partner with Broker to benchmark programs against industry standards and best practices utilizing data to drive the decision-making process. Partner with the Compensation, Finance and Wellness teams to align the benefits offering to corporate objectives. Track cost trends, utilization and ROI to make data driven decisions in the benefit offering to identify potential cost savings, efficiency and improved employee satisfaction. Partner with Legal, Compliance and local HR teams to monitor and implement regulatory updates and ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, GDPR and country-specific laws. Manage relationships with benefit broker and vendors to ensure a mutually positive working experience and employee experience. Oversee the coordination between Payroll and Service Center teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting. Lead the annual Open Enrollment design, renewal and execution. Collaborate with the Communications team, Broker and vendors to develop an annual strategy to educate, engage and drive behaviors related to benefits programs. Partner with the Wellness team to improve health related behaviors in the workforce. Lead the Benefit and Leave of Absence teams to ensure accurate, efficient and effective administration of programs. Other duties as assigned by Manager. Qualifications, Experience, Education
