Position Title : Sales Support Specialist

Company : Storch Products Company, Inc.

Location : Livonia, MI (on-site : 11827 Globe Street, Livonia, MI 48150)

Job Type : Full Time

Job Hours : 7 : 00am 3 : 30pm Monday Friday

About the Role

As a Sales Support Specialist , youll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Youll provide quotes, manage orders, and deliver exceptional service, while supporting our outside sales team in winning and growing accounts. This role is perfect for someone with inside sales or customer service experience who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and keeping customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Inside Sales

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, manage blanket orders, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Research market trends and compile potential leads to support sales growth.
  • Partner with the outside sales team on post-shipment follow-ups and customer retention.

    • Order Management

  • Enter and process customer quotes and orders using JobBOSS2 ERP.
  • Acknowledge orders through customer portals and provide proactive status updates.
  • Verify order details, resolve discrepancies, and track shipments to completion.
  • Save and maintain order-related documentation in customer folders.

    • Sales & Marketing Support

  • Assist with updating the company website with product listings and promotions.
  • Support the creation of product guides, manuals, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Record customer activity and opportunities in HubSpot CRM for sales reporting.

    • Qualifications

    Professional & Technical Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (manufacturing or industrial background a plus).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with ERP / CRM systems (JobBOSS2, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience preparing quotes, managing orders, and supporting sales teams.

  • High school diploma or GED (associates degree in business administration, sales, or related field preferred).
  • Previous administrative or sales support experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
  • Must be able to work on-site during standard business hours.
