Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder health IT or policy projects from concept to launch. Knowledge of health information exchange, EHR integration, healthcare data standards, and privacy / security requirements. - Strategic Initiatives Lead (Hybrid) – Part Time Location : Raleigh, NC Duration : 12 Month Job Description : The Client seeks a senior professional to jump-start and organize critical initiatives—most urgently a streamlined participant onboarding process for the client and a data-sharing partnership with the State Health Plan (SHP).
- This individual will design and launch high-priority workstreams, coordinating consultants, project managers and subject-matter experts.
- Once the processes are defined and moving, the Lead will transition day-to-day management to permanent staff while remaining available for strategic guidance.
