Amazing Lash Studio Manager Benefits

Full Time 30-40 hours per week
Hourly $14-$16 per hour starting depending on experience, with increases as studio goals are achieved
Sales commission per membership sold

Manager Qualifications

Management experience, including sales and / or operations roles

Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team efficiently and ensure smooth operations

Implementing structure, policies, and procedures

Customer service oriented

Ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and delegate

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills for confident communication

Excellent organization and project management skills

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to train and motivate staff

Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
