A company is looking for a Tax Manager to oversee international tax accounting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and file international tax returns and associated forms accurately and timely
Coordinate local tax accounting and returns for foreign subsidiaries
Research complex tax issues and advise senior management on tax implications of business decisions
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of 6 years of international tax experience
CPA license is required
Strong understanding of US international tax laws and regulations
Proficiency with tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel
Experience using tax research platforms
