Key Responsibilities
Platform Management & Digital Operations
Lead the expansion of our global website and other central digital projects in close coordination with IT, regional teams, business units, and external partners
Content Strategy & Development
Develop content strategy aligned with the customer journey
Create inspiring content (posts, articles, videos, presentations) that bridges our heritage with our future vision
Produce thought-leadership content, whitepapers, and case studies
Develop content for website, social media, and blog – leveraging AI-supported tools where appropriate in close collaboration with our Marketing Automation
Coordinate blog, newsletter, and editorial content across channels
Drive content strategy through the development and execution of a comprehensive social media and content calendar in close coordination with PR. Manage all community management activities, oversee digital asset organization and distribution, and maintain brand consistency by enforcing brand guidelines and visual identity standards
You maintain, update, enhance our company's external and internal presentations, including our corporate presentation (Powerpoint). You will be responsible for ensuring our corporate image is consistently represented across all presentation materials while keeping content current, accurate, and engaging.
Optimize our SEO and Google presence to maximize visibility with target audiences
Manage and guide SEO and web agencies to achieve measurable results
Social Media & LinkedIn Management
Manage LinkedIn campaigns as a central channel for visibility, recruitment, and thought leadership
Drive engagement and brand positioning across social media platforms
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with internal content owners and external partners
Align closely with Sales, Solution Management, IT, and regional teams
Manage external agencies and ensure strategic alignment with internal stakeholders
Performance & Optimization
Monitor relevant KPIs and derive data-driven optimization measures
Implement performance improvements collaboratively with the team
Continuously analyse and enhance digital platform effectiveness
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or content management, desirable in B2B, in software- and technology industry
Proven expertise in content strategy development and Track record of developing thought leadership content and case studies
Strong experience with digital platform management and social media (especially LinkedIn)
Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams
Experienced in marketing automation tools and Design software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, etc.)
Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing external agencies and freelancers
Business fluency in German and English (written and spoken). Professional proficiency in Spanish, French, or Dutch desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking with strong storytelling ability
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Project management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with commitment to brand consistency
