About This Position :

As a SQL Database Administrator, your expertise in SQL will directly drive mission success. By tackling complex data challenges, you’ll deliver transformative solutions that strengthen our clients’ capabilities and advance their most critical objectives. We have an immediate opportunity for a SQL Database Analyst to analyze, design, develop, implement, and support SQL infrastructure deployment and management in a fast-paced environment where your work truly matters.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage the functionality, performance, and efficiency of enterprise servers running across multiple operating systems.
• Safeguard the integrity and security of all servers and systems to ensure reliable operations.
• Configure administrator and service accounts to support secure access and continuity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation for compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with end users and evaluate vendor products to recommend the best-fit solutions.
• Develop and enforce policies and standards for computing resource allocation.
• Design, implement, and document comprehensive testing strategies to validate system performance.
• Provide expert-level advice on database performance tuning and deliver user training to optimize adoption.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and apply relevant innovations to enhance operations.
• Contribute to high-visibility special projects that require advanced SQL expertise.
