Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions and related treatments. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care.
  • Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage client appointments using salon software, such as Millennium.
  • Promote additional services including nail care, hair threading, and dermabrasion as appropriate.
  • Engage with clients on social media platforms to showcase work and attract new clientele.
  • Assist in retail sales of beauty products related to eyelash care and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash techniques and beauty services.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty role is preferred.
  • Certification in cosmetology or barbering is a plus.
  • Familiarity with salon software systems for appointment management.
  • Experience in social media management to enhance brand visibility.
  • Knowledge of additional beauty services such as nail care or hair threading is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development in the beauty industry.
