We are seeking a Logistics Associate to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling, movement, loading, and unloading of materialsboth manually and with material handling equipment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring inventory accuracy, timely shipping and receiving, and smooth warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

• Handle, move, load, and unload materials using manual methods or equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Open, seal, sort, and distribute materials from crates, boxes, cartons, and containers.
• Process requisitions, dispense stock items, and support accurate inventory control.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and maintaining up-to-date records in the purchase order system.
• Receive, ship, and process freight according to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper stocking, timely deliveries, and efficient order fulfillment.
• Prepare and process inventory paperwork accurately and on time.
• Support special projects, including kit and bundle breakdowns and component sorting.
• Communicate inventory and shipping updates to management regularly.

What You Bring

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31,800.00 - $47,700.00 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties / requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
