Compensation : $55,000 - $73,000

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR record-keeping.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
