Compensation : $20-$30 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Title Insurance Escrow Officer to join our team in Elm Grove, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the escrow and closing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service to clients. The Escrow Officer will serve as a key liaison between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to facilitate seamless closings.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full escrow process for residential and / or commercial real estate transactions.

Prepare, review, and finalize closing documents with accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate and facilitate closings, securing necessary signatures and notarizations.

Handle escrow funds in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure timely and efficient closings.

Resolve title, escrow, or document-related issues as they arise.

Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in escrow, closings, or notary services (required).

Familiarity with real estate transactions and title insurance (preferred).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
