Job Description
Quality Control Manager - Data Center Construction
A leading general contractor delivering large-scale data center builds across the U.S. is seeking an experienced QC Manager to join their Arizona project team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in field-based quality control who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement all site-level Quality Control procedures for active data center projects.
- Perform inspections and verification of MEP, structural, and architectural installations to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Manage and maintain QC documentation , inspection reports, and punch lists.
- Coordinate with project management, commissioning, and client teams to resolve quality issues in real time.
- Oversee third-party testing and ensure all work meets required industry and client standards .
- Support turnover and handover documentation as part of project closeout.
