Sales Engineer Opportunity
Sandvik Coromant in North-Central Florida region is looking for a Sales Engineer. Ideal location would be in or around Ocala, Gainesville, Orlando or Daytona Beach. Key performance areas :
The Account Manager will be providing ongoing support to our customer portfolio by consulting with customers to understand their needs and providing the ultimate customer experience by implementing the full Coromant offer. The Account Manager will be accountable for ensuring that the development strategy aligns with the local business plan and is strengthening our market share.
Sales Territory Management :
- Ensures appropriate development strategy is defined for the assigned customer portfolio
- Support Sales Management team by providing accurate forecasts, budgets and targets
- Ensures high quality and latest updates of data and information including case management, detailed Account Plans, Customer Value Plans, and sales activities in CRM (Dynamics) within assigned customer portfolio
- Develops local business plans to ensure market share increases / key product focus within the sales department are achieved in line with financial targets and KPIs
- Builds strong customer relationships and secures customer commitment and service excellence through customers pain points knowledge
- Maintains existing market shares and hunts for new opportunities within their customer portfolio
- Promotes the competitive advantage of Sandvik Coromant products and advanced solutions, highlighting differentiating advantages the company's Total Value Chain Offer
Technical Competence :
Executes delivery of technical solutions and sales support to end-customers and distributors to grow share of wallet within territory and customer baseRecommends products and services that fit well with customers business needsTroubleshoots, investigates, and resolves technical problems that ariseDelivers training to educate external partners and customers on new product releases and featuresDocuments applied products and services performance and cost savings results using Productivity Analyzer softwarePerforms mathematical calculations applicable to product applications and sales statisticsWay of Working :

Five or more years experience in sales management with engineering cutting tools experience and technical knowledgeDegree or equivalent qualification in mechanical / manufacturing engineering or related fieldProven track record in delivering good business resultsStrong execution capabilities, able to create synergy, collaborate and gain commitmentExperience managing external and internal customer relationships in accordance with commercial and technical terms and conditionsRelevant experience from CAD / CAM and application knowledge is an advantageProject management knowledge is an advantageSkilled communicator, presenter, and negotiator in the English language, verbally and in writingMust possess a current driver's license valid for his / her state of primary residenceApplicant must be a US citizen or have eligible work permitBenefits :
