Job Description

Full-Time Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner position at a community health center serving a multicultural, rural population of about 10,000 in central Maine.

Our centers provide comprehensive care from pediatrics to geriatrics, with integrated behavioral health, care managers, and strong clinical support.

This role requires flexibility, excellent clinical skills, teamwork, and good communication. It involves a 4-day work week with a rotation for on-call every 10 weeks.
