This is a temporary position through the end of April 2026. This position will report to the Client Services Manager.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responds to all inquiries received in the Client Services call center;
• Provides information and account support to all internal and external parties;
• Responds to all incoming inquiries from clients and Dominion Sales Executives.
• Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests;
• Utilizes knowledge of Dominion Diagnostics business and products to better serve our customers and support our accounts.

Education and Experience :

A minimum of two years experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a clinical laboratory setting.
