Job Description

As a Security Professional - Utilities Patrol in Harrison, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related objectives of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.

Monitor and report any suspicious behavior or security-related hazards encountered during patrols within the utilities environment.

Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns.

Document incidents and complete required reports as directed by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements :

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
