Key Responsibilities
Obtain necessary documentation from physicians for medical supply submission to insurance
Contact physician office staff to secure medical documentation and resolve customer service-related issues
Track daily production and submit sales logs to supervisor while meeting call goals
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in the medical industry
Knowledge of Medical Supplies and Insurance Guidelines
Ability to work first shift with a late shift once a week
Experience in supporting customer service initiatives
