  • Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

\n

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

    • \n

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving.

    • \n

  • Travel across the Southeast following the completion of initial Nashville-based projects.

    • \n \n

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, ideally with gas station or automotive retail projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.

  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts and adapt to changing project scopes.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast region.
