- Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain high standards of safety and quality.\n
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving.\n
Travel across the Southeast following the completion of initial Nashville-based projects.\n \n

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, ideally with gas station or automotive retail projects.\n
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.\n
Ability to manage multiple moving parts and adapt to changing project scopes.\n
Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast region.\n \n
